The Kind of Provider We'd Never List, Even With a Great Commission

What we look for is one page. Here's what would disqualify a provider entirely.

Reviewed by the EdClinic Editorial Team · our research standards · not a substitute for professional medical advice

Elsewhere on this site we explain what we look for in a provider. Here's the flip side, stated just as plainly: the specific things that would keep a provider off this list entirely, regardless of commission offered.

No verifiable clinician review, full stop

If a platform can't or won't explain who's actually reviewing evaluations, or implies instant approval with no real clinical decision involved, that's disqualifying on its own.

Guaranteed outcomes or medically irresponsible claims

No legitimate provider guarantees a specific result. A platform that does, or that makes claims that don't hold up against basic medical reality, doesn't get listed here, regardless of how attractive the commission structure might be.

Multi-Vertical Provider

BiltRx

BiltRx runs a dedicated ED track alongside their broader men's health catalog — a straightforward option if you'd rather evaluate with a provider that also covers other areas down the line.

Unverifiable business or pharmacy information

No real address, no way to identify the actual pharmacy filling prescriptions, no traceable business registration — these are the same red flags covered in our legitimacy content elsewhere, and they apply just as much to our own vetting process as to the advice we give readers.

Why this matters more than the commission does

The entire premise of this site is that our recommendations mean something. A provider that fails any of these bars, however profitable the partnership might be, would undermine the actual reason anyone should trust a comparison site in the first place.

Advertising disclosure: EdClinic.co may earn a commission when you visit a provider through a link on this page — this does not affect the price you pay. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider about your specific situation.
